I can easily draw 3d models in AutoCAD 2014 and it seems to export to STL file and import in to blender, but once in blender I'm just clueless even with this tutorial. I'm wondering if somebody would like to experiment with a basic square house model that I make and take over from there to make it game worthy?. If this basic model works, I can move on to some better models. With STL, it seems to work best if I export each layer to it's on file. It than imports that layer in to blender as it's on solid. I don't know if this is correct, but somebody familiar with blender may be able to quickly tell what method will work for them. Any takers? Would having a model to start with help time wise?
