There are some warehouses a bit like this. @RedKetchup made one early and there's also a storage in CC, where you can decide what you store. These buildings have one limit; they really work like a trading port on land. The people have no access to the goods, that's stored in this warehouse. It has to be put from this warehouse to a close barn by the vendor/stockerer first. I'm no modder but I've followed the discussion on this page and I don't think, that it's possible to make a building like you wish.

But there are a number of specialized storage, with and without vendors. @QueryEverything mentioned the Nordic Warehouse. The NMT stores, where you can build a second and third floor are very nice and useful. @slink made some specialized barns early (I don't know if they still work). The storage in the DSSV beta could be built for many kind of goods, also CC and MegaMod has a lot of specialized storage. So there are options even with the limitations of the modkit.

Did someone mention gypsy, as in gypsy caravan? Wow, wouldn't that be nice.  Maybe a caravan of gypsy colored wagons functioning somewhat like Red's Choo Choo with a nomad wagon, a house, a trader ... a limited trader maybe taking only food, trinkets, or coins in traded for elixers or crop seeds or foods ... light weight things a wagon could carry.  Would need a coin or trinket maker.  Would certainly add a little more local color to the game.

And I'm so glad you gave them a decent capacity... a regular market of 14x14 has a cap of 15K, so now we can build truely modular markets with a similar capacity (most of other modular stalls and carts are way too small for that, only like 600 or so)...  :)

Also, I want to take this moment to thank you for the layout that you use when you write your mod details, it's very easy for us players to come along and see what has been changed and when etc.

I have to say with the advent of Banished 107 and the CT, the standards have definitely increased with how all the modders are putting out their work, not just the visual assets, but also the forum information.

One of my very favourite markets is the wagon. Your work is really great and looks very well on any world. I will need this mod but first I must update cc mod to 1.7 Thanks very much :)

@Discrepancy I have not been able to try these great looking wagon vendors yet because my game is not updated yet but I thought of something when I read the bannies will walk thru the wagon.  When I tried the Fountain High Society mod and built the hedge, they walked thru it until I used the collision tool included with the mod.  I don't know if something like that could be made for the wagons and fences too, maybe not possible with the wagons being buildable on roads, I don't know. Also some fences like picket ones, the yellow placement dots show through.  I also don't know if the collision can be removed somehow.   Just thought I would mention it.  There wouldn't be a problem with gypsy house wagons parked on the grass  :)
