Kid - Washing Mod V3 Ghosted - fixed

I made this ghosted to be able to place the washing lines everywhere.

Updated with a fix so things do not level ground.

Thanks. :) Sorry to have you chasing these little bugs. They're not a nuisance when building on land but they do irk me when I try to have laundry or small coverings at the end of the jetties.
