Mod Request - Priority for assigning tools to workers

Dear Modders,

Would it be possible to come up with a mod that allows assigning tools to workers prioritywise? For instance, I have 2 groups of workers, farmers, and blacksmith, and I assigned a higher priority to blacksmith, so that the blacksmith gets the new tools made first, before the farmers can get them. I am not sure how the bannies get the tools now in the game. This idea is borne out of the priority tool for workforce in Pharaoh. It would be much appreciated if a similar tool existed in Banished when it comes to assigning tools to workforce. Thanks in advance.

PS: Can we have something similar so that we can control where to assign the educated bannies?
