Decorations in Mega Mod

Hello everyone!
I have installed the Mega Mod for the 1st time, but I can't really find any decorations in it. Can you help me out finding where they are?

Edit: I have done some looking around and found something called Mega Mod Deco Pack. However, it creates conflict with the original Mega Mod.

Edit 2: I have tried do load the game anyway, despited the mod conflict, and it seems both mods are running. Is this how it's supposed to be?

The latest Mega Mod 8 is three files.
Megamod1.pkm
Megamod2.pkm
Megamod3.pkm

Deco pack is included, don't add it as a separate mod. MegaMod is a beast, so you really don't want to use any other mods with it.   The deco stuff is in the 4th icon, looks like a tree with a fence.  See attached image.

You will also find deco stuff in the 3rd icon under each modders personal toolbars.  They use the same tree/fence icon.
