Title: Kid's Workshop
Post by: kid1293 on January 24, 2020, 05:10:24 AM
Kid's Workshop
Banishment is near!

Hi, it's me again.
I start this thread to listen to your suggestions and to discuss ideas.
Simple requests, like special storage, or new, unique buildings.
No, not the Eiffel Tower.

Rather not compatibility problems caused by CC, RKEC, or others...

I can not guarantee I can make what you want but there is a chance
we can have a good time. :)

Thanks to all for participating :)

It would be nice to have a deco bush that is in between the sizes of your two bushes from your Decorative Plants V4.1 mod at http://worldofbanished.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=161.  I need a medium bush.

I can soon make a green bush. Flowery takes a little time ;)

Could be lovely have some abandoned alike buildings, that can be inhabitable like houses, barns etc.

:) A bush test is in KWDeco01V1.1 above (second post)

I decided to keep deco together. I don't like too many files.
@galensgranny - if you still want the bushes separate, tell me.

@DesoPL - Rundown, abandoned buildings is not clear. Big/small, really messy/just inhabitable...
I have tried with shacks and I didn't succeed. Too many irregularities. I am very square ;D
I can give it a try though. What style?

That bush looks good, Kid!  It is fine to have it added to the KWDeco mod.

So I attempted to cobble together a portico/pergola from Necora's mod, but there's a ton of posts/poles, which makes it look kinda odd.   I would like what would be basically a slight change to the yard covers you have already done, just without so much of a pitch to the roof.

It's supposed to be a covered BBQ area. :)

Kid, I also am interested in a cover for the Market BBQ and Market Snacks.  I always put one of your one tile storage sheds next to the grill/food prep area.  That makes it all 4 tiles wide.  I also like to have room for two small picnic tables to be under a cover, so that makes it about four tiles also.  A cover 4x4 would be good, with maybe a larger one also.

;D Okay (I didn't see this when I started) Here is a little bit larger 5x5 Cover.
I have updated Deco01 and will continue until there is no more space. :)

@Jewelz - I didn't know color or style. I made it simple and matching vanilla.

I forgot that one exist, my bad.

What comes to my mind also, is inspired from Gothic series.

Like Old Camp houses and eventually castle.

A question.

Is it good with all in one mod? Do you want things a little more separated?
Title: Re: Kid's Workshop
Post by: Abandoned on January 25, 2020, 06:46:46 AM
That cute little shack needs a whole set  ;D  :-X

Here is thought.  Why not make pieces separate and later take requests of which pieces players would like compiled for themselves.  Or put all together as you are doing and later take requests for personalized version of compiled pieces.  :-\

I like the darker brown shingles. The thatch looks like a spark from the BBQ could catch it on fire!  :P

I think the three sizes you have already made for the ghosted greenhouses on the bakery mod would be perfect! The smaller ones for behind houses and a the 7 x7 one for a park. In fact, now that I think about it, a greenhouse roof, no walls would make a super cute conservatory for attaching to houses.  Hmmm... that gives me an idea... ;)

Kid, that cover is good.  :)   If you feel like it, another color or two would be even better, such as gray, and brown.

If you need other sizes, just tell. It is not much work.

Interesting idea, combining house and greenhouse. I'll think about it.
Title: Re: Kid's Workshop
Post by: kid1293 on January 25, 2020, 07:14:56 AM
@Jewelz - Is it okay to add a few texture variants to the cover?
Title: Re: Kid's Workshop
Post by: Jewelz on January 25, 2020, 07:21:12 AM
Of course! I tend to match materials neighborhood by neighborhood, so more is always better. :D

My experiment with your bakery mod houses and greenhouses also gave me another idea. What if you pulled the roofs off, and just left the walls so that we could drop an instant walled garden down without having to build each segment of the fence every time?

Title: Re: Kid's Workshop
Post by: Abandoned on January 25, 2020, 10:00:20 AM
Two things to say

First @kid1293 - the first deco mod release has an error on the tool tips menu - the door step says it is a flower pot.

Second thing is reminder to requesters that Kid's Workshop is intended for simple requests for new item or idea or a matching item, but not to make changes to or update existing mods.
Title: Re: Kid's Workshop
Post by: Jewelz on January 25, 2020, 10:12:54 AM
Ah yes, I see that that would actually be a change to an existing mod. I was just brainstorming.

So, I will throw out there the idea of a preset walled garden. For your cookie-cutter suburbs. lol
Title: Re: Kid's Workshop
Post by: kid1293 on January 25, 2020, 10:35:28 AM
I don't mind brain-storming as long as you don't expect all to come true :)

Attention!

I have changed the second post. The Download. Check it out.
I had to cover my back if I made any errors in a large mod.
Now the small requests are filed one by one.
On top is the complete mod, as it is, from the date displayed.
Title: Re: Kid's Workshop
Post by: galensgranny on January 25, 2020, 11:09:43 AM
Kid, I like how the three yard covers look.   :)
Something I very much would like is a house the size of medium houses in your Stone House Addon (http://worldofbanished.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=279 )- basically square 4 x 4 house, but with the stone wall and multi- colored tile roof texture from the houses in Granny Park (http://worldofbanished.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=375 ).    It doesn't have to be considered any kind of update to any existing mod- just an extra house.
Title: Re: Kid's Workshop
Post by: elune@gmx.us on January 25, 2020, 12:12:07 PM
It would be nice to have a ground cover, something like in deco from CC (ghosted).  :)
Title: Re: Kid's Workshop
Post by: CookieBarrel on January 26, 2020, 09:58:46 AM
May I join in? :)

I hope this qualifies as simple and not part of any mod.

The FlowerBed from KidSettlers looks good and draggable.
But I'd like to be able to use it to cover roads to blend the look of the house wagons and storage cart models traveling down a road.
So basicly taking the blocking part out, ghosting it and adding a road, grass and or trail textures to the FlowerBed model. In affect creating a draggable RoadBed model.
Title: Re: Kid's Workshop
Post by: kid1293 on January 26, 2020, 12:18:55 PM
I am not sure I can make it ghosted though. I never tried.
Textures need a dimension to stretch out. Ghosted is basically null.
Is it enough if I make it a real roadbed? (square area of roads)
I'll try.

Title: Re: Kid's Workshop
Post by: kid1293 on January 26, 2020, 02:33:06 PM
No, I give up. I have tried and tried. It is not working.
I end up with a road area where the bannies are happy to run fast. Like a road.
But - You can not blend it with other adjacent roads. It leaves a gap between.
You can not build anything on it. Not even another road.
So - it is not a road but it behaves a little like a road.

Sorry for this. And ghosted things have no footprints.
Title: Re: Kid's Workshop
Post by: CookieBarrel on January 26, 2020, 03:39:19 PM
Wish I had got back here earlier and saved you sometime!

Years ago, someone over at BlackLiqued, had tried the draggable road, also without success and deemed it not possible.
Sorry you went through that.

I was very impressed with your draggable flower bed and thought making it ghostable was possible.
Apparently, it has similar limitations.

Thank you for your efforts and sorry that I wasn't more clear.

I miss a Västgötsk/Småländsk stenmur in Banished. But maybe, we two are among the few people who know what it is and I seldom use decorations, so maybe it´s not such a great idea.

These walls were very common in the area I live in. The ground was full of stones so the people who once cultivated the area didn´t know what to do with all the stones, so they started to build all these stone walls everywhere. It was practical to surround the fields with these stones; wind and animal protection and when new stones "popped up" after the frost, they could be put on the top of the wall without too much carrying around. A piece of cultural history. Most of them have been torn down as farming got more and more modernised but I still have a piece on my ground, very much like the one on the picture.

Nilla, I know those field stone walls.  My grandparents had such a wall on the side of their property in a rural area, in the US.  I would like those kind of walls in the game.
Title: Re: Kid's Workshop
Post by: kid1293 on January 27, 2020, 02:30:30 AM
Hej @Nilla

I wish I could make a nice stone wall. It is very hard to make pieces without repeating them endlessly.
Also, the edge between one piece and the next will have to match or there will be gaps. They have to
match on all sides depending on how you rotate the wall piece. It is near impossible to do.

Jag är ledsen. Du får gå ut i trädgården :)

Post by: kid1293 on January 27, 2020, 02:58:40 AM
I have updated it with a Block Path. The complete mod is also updated

It is a road which forbidden for bannies. They will avoid it most of the time.
Maybe they cut across if they are in a hurry...
Also, a Gravel Road in the same texture to make passing on railways.

The Block Path is limited in use. It can not cover diagonally. You can build
several, side by side.
One more. There is no path under Engines or Cars. It must be done in the
mod they come from. I am not prepared to change all in my Railway to
include gravel under them.

I have a small request @kid1293.  I remembered reading a post saying it would be nice to have deco children to use with playgrounds.  The post was made with a screenshot by @banishedsanni on the Jinxie Festival Park thread.

My request is for the children's playground from Granny's Park to be made separate and have some deco children added - dressed to match vanilla clothes.  Please.

Thank you for considering my request.  :)

Hi. I'll answer the best I can.

A playground. Of course, it can be separate. I am locked up with other things
but I will start doing it later.

Children. I have said that I can not model humans (or animals). I am happy
I could use Jinxie's deco people earlier but I do not want to make still-standing
children in vanilla clothes. It will simply not be a good result.
Small bearded boys and girls with breasts...

this is becoming a project. lotta neat toys added. 1 thing i we never have enough of is filler parks. we have granny's parks and the bee keeper from the castle addon and the fish ponds.  still there is always room for more like between farm houses or even the housing in town. maybe a flower garden park, doesn't have to be fancy.not with large trees but with shorter bushes.

if you are ambitious, make a set with some jobs or outputs. like the tiny mod set but on a larger scale. like a backyard of a farm but it gives a variety of goods at the same time-some clothes, apple pies, butter, eggs, pork chops, and firewood. a mixture of items the the bannies use and food items. kinda like the Amish or people would have made at home themself. or like farmers would do in the fall or winter.if this can use 2 bannies as wrorkers, it'll work well between 2 farm houses.

just brainstorming. i am sure other players can add to those ideas.

Just a reminder that Kid started this thread for simple requests, not projects.  Last year Kid released 26 mods plus several smaller ones released in my stories.  I did 15 stories.  At present a new one is being tested, 1 is being worked on, and 2 are on hold but that said

@brads we want your opinion.  How does this sound - Farmyard, a medium size plot with a vegetable garden bed on one side, a fruit tree, a few berry bushes, a few chickens, and a stump with axe. Two workers allowed.  It randomly produces 3 vegetables, fruit, berries, eggs, and firewood.  No fence no house, those you add yourself.  Kid will want vanilla foods - I think corn, beans, squash, and apples.  Does this sound like something you would want?  Would you like different fruit and vegetables?

that sounds good. it can always be expanded later on. i did say i was just brainstorming.plus i figured others could add to the ideas.

:)  Oh, I am glad you like it @brads3  Thanks for the suggestion - Would you like a different fruit tree or different vegetables?  Kid will probably make a second choice  :)

1 with wheat and a pear tree. what would be good is if it gave some other items like the old farmers and families would make or do for themself. like a little firewood, maybe enough for 2 houses. maybe some clothes and tools.like enough to support 2 families or houses. but that is not neccessary. wouldn't make it fancy more, rustic like the Little House on  the Prairie era.
Title: Re: Kid's Workshop
Post by: Abandoned on February 01, 2020, 06:29:10 AM
Wheat and pear would be good alternative.  I don't think Kid would want to add the clothes and tools without an input though.  The workplace anvil and tailor could always be added separately close by with small storage unit or something with whatever fence you might choice to use.  Vegetables, fruit, berries, chicken eggs, and firewood will make a nice farmyard.  Loved Little House on the Prairie series.  :)

Hi. Late to the party :) I was occupied with some models for the future.

@Abandoned - I like the idea too. I will do what I can but it can not be too small.
There are a lot of things to grow. I don't have the models for all but I will try.
Like @brads3 asked I would like to add a shed for tools and clothes.
Or a cover where the products show up. I think the bannies are smart enough to
repair their tools and clothes. No need for input.

Basically grain, vegetables, maybe fruit, protein, tools, and clothes.
...edit - and firewood, of course :)

I like the idea of a house being self-sufficient.

Not much place for a shed. I better leave tools and clothes for some workplaces.

Slowly getting there :) I have a lot of code to write and life has its ups and downs...

Just as well no shed, which one of your many mods would you match it too?  ;D Farmyard alone will give player choice of farmhouse, barns, and fences, it will match with everything.

Hi. another update. The last for some time. Real Life Interference...
I added two 5x5 Farmyards with common, vanilla output.
They are meant to be built with your own choice of house, fence, storage, deco...

I also updated the complete Workshop file.
I now have only one more thing from me to you. (If I can get it to work, that is) ;D
It will come later.

Me again :)

I added a serious cheat! If you have a great park or market you have spent
a lot of time making but no one is happy...
Here it is! Happy Square. An invisible, ghosted square with a radius of 16 and
one for each happiness.
Drop one Goods in your production center or add a Spirit to your new park.

The problem is, of course, how do you find an invisible square if you want
to remove it? You have to try somewhere close to where you dropped it.
If you forgot where it is, look for a group of bannies idling. Somewhere there...

In the Workshop download.
If you don't like it. Don't use it. :)

I was given a weather mod to try out in SimCity 4, plop a tiny little snowman in your city and it would start snowing and you would think being able to spot a snowman so you could delete it would be easy .... never could find it again finally got fed up of it always snowing and deleted the city.

@kid1293  I like the one tile workplace covers and use them, but would also like one that is two tiles across and also a three tile across.  I like using them against certain houses to use as an awning or porch cover.   The textures I have been using a lot are those from your Row Houses Business at http://worldofbanished.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=306, but adding other textures would be fine too.   I am using two side by side, but there are too many support posts to look good.

I updated the separate Farmyards with a new wheat model in one of them.
@Abandoned though it looked too much like oats, so I changed.

I will come back to Farmyards later.

@galensgranny - I can do a few covers with different textures. The one you showed and
maybe vanilla thatch just for the sake of it. Other textures can be discussed.

edit - no, not thatch. we have enough of thatch :)

@galensgranny
Here is a first of the Awning Covers. (didn't know what to call them)
But I need your and other's help to decide which textures to use.
For the moment I used the three from the 5x5 Cover.

The A is the 'normal' position with the backside at the tile's edge.
The B is 'closer to the wall' position. I usually build houses a little bit in on the tile.

3 sizes. 3 textures. 2 positions. 18 Awnings for now.
You tell what textures are needed.

Ooh, love those, Kid! I also use them a lot.

I would vote for Fairytale roof, and maybe Granny Roof textures.

And Galensgranny, that house is so cute! Which one is it? I really need to use more fences. I think I get impatient because I always manage to build at least one fence panel off-kilter and have to tear it down.:/

A Fairy texture... I wait a little while.

Those are all good textures, Kid.    So glad to see the Granny Park multi tile texture!  I would also like the light brown/tan texture from the Row Houses Business.  It doesn't have to be that exact texture if you don't have it anymore, but one close to that color.  I added a picture showing the color with a workplace cover used as a door awning.

Thank you for making them with different positions, since you do have many of your houses offset.   :)

I think "Awning Covers" is a good name.

@Jewelz That house is from Kid's Ghost Town Houses V1.0- http://worldofbanished.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=472 (http://worldofbanished.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=472).  It is OK by itself, but with the porch awning, and some plants, it looks better.  The fence is a ghosted fence from Kid.  I think it is from his Workplace Village.

@kid1293 , it is possible to get hedges on the edge.  The ones you have in one of your mods is center tile.  But, as seen in my last picture above, an edge tile hedge would be better there.

I do not have any light-brown/tan roof texture in Rowhouses.
If you mean at the end of the row in your picture, it could be this one

http://texturelib.com/texture/?path=/Textures/roof/roof_0073

I will try it later and you can check.

edit- it is from More Houses mod. I still have it.
Title: Re: Kid's Workshop

I was referring to the light brownish texture from  Rowhouses Business V2.3-  http://worldofbanished.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=306.  I was trying to indicate it with the work cover I put over the door or that other house.   To me it is a light brown. I think it is supposed to be a sort of thatch.  But, that texture you are showing now is great!  I think it is even better!   :)

Post by: galensgranny on February 20, 2020, 03:28:19 AM
@kid1293      I like the awning covers you made, but they don't work with some of your houses.  They are too short to reach the top of the doorways of your Ghost town houses.  On the other hand, your workplace covers are the perfect height that work with all your houses.  Would you make a double wide workplace cover that would work great as a full porch roof, please?  The workplace covers reach the end of a tile, so a rocking chair or bench is fully covered.

I am attaching a picture to show what I mean.

About a separate cow, I would like that, as Brad requested.
Title: Re: Kid's Workshop
Post by: galensgranny on February 20, 2020, 03:49:13 AM
Another request:  Can you make a half tile and maybe a 3/4 tile of the doorstep?  For some buildings, it works as a porch floor, but there is a need for a half tile, or 3/4 tile, since some of your houses don't go to the edge of the tile.  I have attached a picture to show what I am talking about.  Thanks for your consideration.

 @galensgranny
And I updated Deco01 with a half doorstep.

I draw some lines to show how it can be used.
Most of my houses are a bit from the tile edge.
You can put a door-step under the house, protruding just a bit.

The awnings were made to fit some houses, not all.
I will not change them.

I have thought about your suggestion about the awnings/covers.
I can see no harm in making them a bit deeper and a bit higher.

Hi, greetings from Germany. I would like to build houses in mountains so that the built world does not look so boring. I thought maybe it would be possible to build more bridges that look like streets, on these bridges you would need more houses that can be attached to them and if you then installed ghosted stones, it could look as if the house was actually built on the mountain . I expressed myself in a complicated way, I'm sorry. So that would be my suggestion or idea. You do such a great job and I love your creations. Maybe you have a solution to my idea.
Stay healthy  :) :) Veronika

@VickyLeZiegler , for a bridge that looks like streets with houses that can be attached to the bridge, you might like Discrepancy's DS Stone Bridge mod at http://worldofbanished.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=385

Kid has a mod that has the kind of mountain houses you are looking for, @VickyLeZiegler - it is Kid's Fairy Tale at http://worldofbanished.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=536.  The mountain houses stick into mountains and have steps leading up to the houses.  This Fairy Tale mod will make some changes to the game start conditions if you have it at the top of your mod list.  If you don't want the game changes, just put the mod further down in the mod list.

Thank you for the quick response. I know the Brigdemod and have already tried to visually recreate a building on hills, unfortunately it doesn't seem quite real. The beautiful houses from the Fairy Tale mod unfortunately fit visually badly to the other types of houses. Surely we now have a lot of time for many new ideas. I'm excited. Hey Kid.:)
I have a few ideas, I don't know how much work they would be for you but I thought I'd run them by you.

I have been wanting a paper or print production kind of building for a long while but few mods touch on that subject. Do you think it would be possible to make an early paper mill in the style of your Colonial Modular buildings?:)
It would need to be next to water for use in the paper baths and running of the pulp mill.
Building resource would be wood(or planks) for the clapboards and framework but quite some stone(or brick) for at least the lower half of the mill and the grinder. Some iron for the paper mesh.
Production resources don't need to be very fancy a decent amount of wood and work.
Finished paper stack products would be expansive trading luxury goods. Maybe it would be fun to add different quality papers(some with beeswax?).
What do you think, would that be a fun project?:)

Here's some images of early colonial industry mills.
First paper mill in Philadelphia(1690).
another paper mill from the same area(build 1701).
(https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/1/1f/Pawtucket_%28Rhode_Island%2C_USA%29%2C_Slater_Mill_--_2006_--_5.jpg/792px-Pawtucket_%28Rhode_Island%2C_USA%29%2C_Slater_Mill_--_2006_--_5.jpg)
First water textile mill of its kind(1797, Rhode Island), which would make a nice paper mill model.

Another, kind of weird, addition I would like is separate chimneys and roof windows to add as decoration and variation to your Colonial Houses, like EB has done in the Village House Addon Set.
I really like how this allows you to create little modifications to houses to give them a more personal touche.:)
http://worldofbanished.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=517 (http://worldofbanished.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=517)

Thanks for letting us bother you with requests and I hope that I am not asking too much!

Hi, @Artfactial  I can not leave you without an answer.

I am a bit away from modding Banished right now. I feel it is too much for me to handle.
A paper mill is more in Discrepancy's direction. I think it would suit the Banished timescale
but I can not muster up the will/energy to do it.

About separate chimneys. My Colonial roofs are very different from each other.
It would take a lot of chimney's to cover them. ;D

As I said. I am taking an extended break. (actually in Morrowind) :)
Title: Re: Kid's Workshop

Hey, thanks for the reply!:)

I can totally see why modding is a strain(I mod a lot for other games), so taking time off is very healthy.
Paper mills might indeed fit well if Discrepancy's Industry project, though I was aiming for a less industrial, more colonial version which fits your style well.:)
DS hasn't been around for a while so hope everything is alright and that he might return again.
But again, I fully understand why you're taking a break.

I...hadn't actually thought of the fact that those buildings are all very diverse.
The way EB went about it was by making a very tall floating chimney that would go through the roof of most buildings, but I can see why that would be a lot of hassle with the Modular Colonial collection.:P

Again, thanks for your reply and we will be awaiting your return.
Morrowind is a wonderful place to take a location, if you don't anger the Ordinators and stay away from the Cliffracers.;)
Have fun and stay safe!

I've googled this a bit and it seems your first picture shows the homestead of the Rittenhouse family who built that first paper mill around 1700. Next to it the small bakehouse and across the bridge on the second picture the actual mill, obviously in a later stage where it was already out of service and without the wheel. It is written that they used flax from a weaving mill in next village as raw material. Would be a nice connection to the flax chain that many mods have.

If nobody wants to make it, I might be interested. Would start with a concept in SketchUp to see if it can be done.

Yes, it's a very interesting story! I was looking over the 1752 Philadelphia map yesterday and noticed Germantown and nearby paper-mills and got excited to know that they had paper production that early on.:) The town being settled by Germans and the American paper tradition being started by Dutch-German immigrants is amazing.
The 1922 illustration is sadly indicative of how many early buildings fare; 17th century constructions are very rare.
I did not know about the flax, but that makes a lot of sense, awesome!:)

Hi.
I fixed two icons and uploaded the files (on the first page). Nothing serious :)

They are the separate Awning Covers and the Groundcover files

Twice in the same day :)

An update to Deco 01 with more rocking chairs and an added sunflower.

Nothing serious. I just moved all Workshop icons to my Toolbar/Misc
The Deco section is rather full and the complete Workshop was already there.

Good day @kid1293 ,   :D
Just to confirm, the KidWorkshop in your second post includes all nine of the individual smaller files right?
Thank you.

Yes, I try to keep it updated.
I have more and I can say I will update as soon as possible.
But again, yes, the Workshop file should contain all :)

Sending cool thoughts :) :)

Thanks.

... and thank you for the cool thoughts too! It's 118 F right now at 1:24 pm in Arizona. Death Valley California had 130F just the other day! geesh!

My girlfriend Lynn who I am getting to play Banished - after downloading your Ice Castle and Friendly Blue and Christmas mods asked me why are we playing in a snow climate? (She hates the cold.) I replied only as I could - (Duuhhh!!! as I thought to myself) - "Because it's hot as hell out! I need to be/feel like I am somewhere cold and refreshing!"   ::) :P

Hello. Great mods here, but all without Strings. Can they be found somewhere, or is it so conceived?

Sorry, I didn't think the StringTables were needed.

Kid, I would love another dairy.  Right now, the only dairy you've made that I know of is part of the Workplace set.  Those are great, but I'd love to see dairies that match some of your other sets.  The settlers, the Gothic set, the Swamp set, and so on.  I'm hoping for a building that's roughly the size of the bakery in Bakery & Garden, but a pinch smaller or larger would be fine.

If I've overlooked one, I apologize.  But...what is it?

@Goblin Girl - There is one in Summer Haven, at least.

Haven't I done more than two? Strange...

These are lovely.

I feel I must play a Kid-game soon again with some of your new, great stuff. But maybe I will not tell, as you might remember, I have the nasty habit to misuse your nice mods for some monstrous giant town. ;)

I guess I never downloaded Summer Haven.  I've rectified that just now!

But, I would still love a dairy in Settlers and maybe the Friendly set and the Bakery and Garden.  Those are the building sets I use most frequently and I'd love to have a matching dairy.

I have been in and out of Banished life since it was first created; recently returned to see more excellent mods to download including the Gothic delights. Thank you for that they're amazing.

One thing that I have always wanted though was more Pagan style worship mods, we have the Stonehenge but every worship building mod is always a church or cathedral relating to Christianity and I think we need altars that allow larger amounts of worshippers. My Banishers want to be Pagans and Witches, not Christians haha.

That big high stone u can see in front of the hospital is such a thing. 120 bannies can worship around it.
Its included in megamod. Since i am not at home atm i cant tell u what single mod. I like that one bcs u can fullfill the bannie's need for worshipping while that simple stone gives lot of chances for building your own worship ground (could be even more simple for me)

That looks perfect, I have looked for it everywhere but cannot find it. Do you have a link or know what it is called? I tried to download the updated Megamod but I seem to be having issues.

:( Sorry. Must be connected to the site's problems.
The paths to the attachments are wrong. Looks like there is no easy solution.
I can PM you the Groundcover. I do not want to have files permanently on Google.

Using Windows 11 and Edge I have been able to download some of the files using Internet Download Manager, setting it to run until completed. Spinning wheel for a long time, but eventually will complete. Just downloaded the Christmas mod and it took a little over 15 minutes, very slow on a 1000 fiber connection. Might be attributed to something other than just the link issues.

http://worldofbanished.com/index... I did it -the wheel turned a little   , maybe 2-3 minutes, I have an old computer - windows 7, I can't download a small mod directly, e.g. KW Deco zip or KwoidHouse 01.png  - the inscription 404 pops up - attachment Not Found - maybe this tip will help Big Chihuahua. Hi. I have restored the links to my Workshop mods in the first post.

I hope everything is okay with the site. Now that we have attachments again,
it is a large job to restore broken links (if we can)

Hi. I have restored the links to my Workshop mods in the first post.

Thanks for fixing the links, is it worth adding a download over at the club with all the workshop mods, plus all the other little mods you have done like "tiny smoke" into a single club download just as a backup   :)

I am done uploading those rogue files (+sources) to Simtropolis.

There are many more such files here at WoB, hiding in discussions.
