I'm having an issue where I start up Banished, and the keyboard doesn't work. I googled this issue and someone having it said it was their antivirus, but I checked mine and that's not the issue. Does anyone else know of this issue and can anyone help?
I had that problem once and after searching around read somewhere that pressing the space bar makes it so you can't use the keyboard control as well as the action of the game stopping. It it true. I had a few times since when my cat walked on the keyboard and apparently the space bar, and none of the keyboard controls would work. It took me a few minutes to remember to hit the space bar again to get the keyboard controls to be active again.
Maybe that is not your problem, but hit the space bar to see if that fixes the problem.
