None of the mods are working for me?

So, I bought a new computer. Redownload banished. All my old subs are there--load it up, from either the Steam page or desktop, nothing. I deleted everything. Added one. Nothing. Removed. Added a couple. Nothing.

I exited the whole game to "reboot" and everything.

not sure what to do.

What do you mean by "subs"?

can you provide some screenshot of your windata folder ?
did you enabled them ? did you start a new game or gone in your old city and gone back again a 2nd time in the mod window to re-enable them again a 2nd time ?
