DS Stone Hovels - v1.4 **UPDATED** 21 Jan 2018

Includes:
  • Stone Hovel - 3x3 - 4 occupants | 900 capacity | 8 logs + 21 stone + 34 work
  • Stone Hovel, angled - 4x4 - 4 occupants | 900 capacity | 8 logs + 21 stone + 34 work
  • Stone Hovel Cottage - 4x4 - 4 occupants | 1200 capacity | 9 logs + 29 stone + 42 work
  • Perry's Stone Hovel, 4x4 - 5 occupants | 1300 capacity | 13 logs + 34 stone + 42 work ** new in v1.3+
  • Hendry Family Stone Hovel, 5x5 - 7 occupants | 1500 capacity | 13 logs + 55 stone + 55 work ** new in v1.3+

     - added new Stone Hovel Cottage with 1 variant.
     - fixed AO (Ambient Occlusion) + mesh improvements on Stone Hovels.

Yeah, great small housing addition, already used a ton of them... very nice in forests, or as housing for farm-hands and so on... cool surprise package  :D

Oh, and a HUGE Thank You! for all the angled versions in your sets - they make an incredible difference to town layouts...  ;D

 :) Glad you are liking them. It was a quick, enjoyable mod to make. It is good to take a break from DSSV, as it is giving me quite a headache right now.

@Discrepancy all I can do is echo everyone else's sentiments, a really neat little mod that makes a really big difference due to the angled versions included. More diagonal buildings is a good thing!

i should have asked if you would add thatch to firewood use for these houses. the little grass roofed huts could use thatch as a building material too.

DS Mods - DSStoneHovels Patch

this patch mod will only alter the files of DS Stone Hovels (DSStoneHovels.pkm)
it is made to be used with the Natural Diversity mod (NatDiv.pkm)

it will alter the construction cost of all the hovels to include Thatch (RawMaterialNatDivThatch)
it will also allow Thatch to be burnt as a fuel in all the hovels (by inclusion of Fuel storage flag)


! You must be using mods in the following load order:
NatDiv.pkm
DSmodsDSStoneHovelsPatch.pkm
DSStoneHovels.pkm

Since the new stone hovels use thatch, will these work with @RedKetchup's new RKEditorChoiceEdition mod, without the NatDiv mod?
Nothing against the NatDiv mod, but if it works with Red's then you wouldn't need both.

Nothing against the NatDiv mod, but if it works with Red's then you wouldn't need both.
