It is either a piece of CGI, or an enhancement job on either an Albatross (never seen over land) or a Condor (not seen in North America).  Otherwise, I am very skeptical.

you know, they do same when they are making a movie (Jurassic park, for example^^)

If you fall for that one, I have a nice piece of land north of sixty (muskeg) that you can get cheaply.

True, but if you can believe the paleontology crowd, the muskeg is full of dinosaur DNA. 

The Alberta bad lands has turned out to be a treasure trove of Jurassic remains including Allosaurus and Albertosaurus (bigger than T. Rex), so it must have been quite an interesting place to not live in at that era.
