My strip farms are 4x15 with slow crops (e.g. potatoes) and 5x15 or even 6x15 with faster crops (e.g. beans), all with 1 worker each...
Really nice, I love that first screenshot. That spot in the curve of the river is EXACTLY where folks would have settled in real life.
