Once upon a time when I was reading through every post in the forums here I recall one where someone asked for an on-land seed merchant or a seed & livestock merchant. Was this ever created and if so would you kindly point me towards it?

Seeds and livestock are only obtainable from Trading Post merchants. @kid1293 made a Trading Post seed trader that has more seeds and comes more often:

we cannot add a new ground merchant, sorry. i personally asked the dev for this and he said no.
