Hello all,
Is there a way to make a building not produce in winter? I am making a rice paddy, and it would be nice if it didn't produce rice during winter months, but I don't know if it's possible.

Only Orchards can do that. That is how I got into greenhouses.
My way to have them work all year round. Sometimes I don't care and let them
'go around and pick the rests' in winter. I know it looks silly but...
Another way is to change the climate. No snow makes it plausible for them to work all year.
I have also thought about making a rice paddy as a shallow indention in the ground with
a foot of water. It only works for fixed-size fields. (not dragged out) Complicated though.
Japan has a lot of snow :(
