Buildings using mountain oysters

Hi I am new here but have played Banished for a while. I thought I had seen a food processing building that used mountain oysters or crawdads but cannot now find it. Is there such a building and what mod should I use. Thanks Harold.

Lol....it's funny, because "Rocky Mountain Oysters" are NOT oysters, hehe.

RK Editor's Choice large mod uses mountain oysters (cattle testicles).  I think they drop from cattle in a pastures, but not the cows that give milk.
