Herbalist wants an herbalist

I was playing and clicked on a person, who happened to be the herbalist, the only one in town so far.  It said she was feeling unwell and looking for an herbalist!  I think I should fire her if she doesn't know which herbs can help her.  Shouldn't the herbalist not need another herbalist?
