Building Deco mod

Taking on the idea of the Decorative mod, which enables building of trees, and sculptures, it would be great
to have a building deco mod, that the villagers can build, but just for deco only. Then a great town can be
build that look less rural and more like a city. There are a lot of great 3d medieval models out there.

Are the bannies technical enough to have clocks or do they have to invent them?

- Public bath?
(Are the values that deal with the number of infected people during a disease outbreak accessable? A manned public bath could reduce that number by n%.)

- Arch of Liberty?
(Similar in concept as hedge doorway perhaps, so that people can walk underneath. 3x8 footprint, middle two squares walkable.)
