I love this @kid1293 :) Downloading now.

Is there anyway to please (pretty please), have the brick texture made into a road so I can build my port area up with matching (or similar) roadway?

Also, a small livestock pen that can be adjacent to it (like your 4x4 fenceless pasture, but with a matching pen, maybe 4 x 8 to match the far right section), a 2nd trader perhaps but the texture art matches the large port?
Does that make sense?

I'm so thrilled with this!!  I love small buildings, but I'm making an exception in this case.  :)

I think the stone bricks are rather neutral and matches most roads.
After all, the port is one unit and the road leads up to it.
Maybe I don't understand.

An animal pasture at the side?
That is not possible, since every building has only one function.
But you can do that yourself by placing the port so that the
right end goes on land (at a river bend). Then you can build
a pasture right next to it. Look at picture

Wow, that was fast  :o

Downloaded, now off to build this babe   :)

Thank you so much, this just made my day... week, month...   ;D

* And good to see that other players find this useful, too...  ;)

:) :) :)

You are nice people!

It's always sad to release something. You feel the real world
closing in and there is nowhere to hide.
I want to find some deep burrow where I can wait for
inspiration to condense from the vapor in my mind.

Modding is so totally absorbing. Time doesn't matter.
My worst fear is to hit the wall and be forced to quit.

Well, until then we can always throw ideas at each other.
That is something I really enjoy here at the forum.

Cheers!

I love the brick texture of your building, if it can be made into a road, that would be wonderful, I have all the road mods, but I only like a couple, and your brick texture is awesome, and would look great as a road (I would make it my main highway road) :D

Yes, the animal pasture at the side, like that, which is what I was going to do, but, can the fenceless pasture have a texture for the ground, or is it only grass?
If you can add a texture, then that brick would be great, so it looks like the animals are being tended to on the port.
The idea is that when you look at it, the pasture is a direct extension of the port, it has the same ground (no grass, all bricks), and it has it's own worker.
Or, if you can't change the texture of the Fenceless Pasture from grass, to brick, can it be made so it's transparent and can be placed over road, and make a brick roadway?
Essentially, making Stock Yards for the animals?

Oooooo a small timber cutter with the same brick work, for lumber trade, and a small stock storage area, all can be added as a modular  ...  oooo my ... I will stop now, sorry :)

Your work is inspirational, and I love it!  Please never think my requests or questions are because I'm not happy, it is because I am happy and love your work.
your artistry is inspirational, thank you :) :) :)

I hope that makes more sense?

@QueryEverything - I have some bad news for you.

All of your suggestions include texturing things that 'tile'.
I don't know how to do it. (yet)
I have to make some universal tile that can be repeated in all directions
without seams or distortion.
The problem is - you will maybe see that it is repeated. It does not look natural.

I will look into it. I know Tom Sawyer and Discrepancy have made their own decals.

You make a lot of sense @kid1293 , I understand about the tiling.
If you can't do it, that's completely ok :)

This might be a lot of work for little reward, sometimes suggestions are a bit too much.  8)

Lots of happiness, but, I see what you mean, I wasn't sure if it was something that could be added or not as I don't have the first clue how the magic happens :D :D
I just loved the bricks texture and was over zealous and greedy :D

If it wasn't for you @Paeng I probably would be head-banging to Motorhead.

Jokes aside - I had a period when I went to metal concerts and all I got
was a two-days deafness every time.  >:(

Oh my... noise trauma (sensory hearing loss)? I had that, too - another metal fan here...  :)

That's not to be trifled with, over the decades I lost a lot of frequencies, to a point where some are not heard anymore, while others are just painful. Better stay away from front-row in concerts...  ;)
