IDEA : Day and Night Cycle + Torch

This might be new or underestimated. But I really wanted this mods. If anyone can make it, I really appreciate it.

So, it's " the night time " . For example :

Early Spring : day then night
Spring : day then night
Late Spring : day then night again and next seasons too.  And in the darkness , citizens need torch . Torches are made by woodcutter or other maker. A torch requires 1 logs to make. Torch can be carried by citizens and attached to building. I know it would be difficult but who knows anyone can create.
