The San Diego, California Fireworks show disaster
Multiple barges all setup to put on a premier fireworks show that can last 30 to 45 minutes go up in flames in 90 seconds. This is a close-up of one of those barges.
I am a certified display operator for professional fireworks - it's a hobby. All I can see is the hours and hours of laboir and months of planning to choreograph this show just go up in smoke. Ouch!
