I have a jail in Ghost Town Houses. It functions as a church.

Ohhhh! Ill have a look into it on my next town!

My active town is nearly done (or better said my computer is at its limit with the current city size or maybe i put too much deco XD )

I had a worker murdered, but never "brutally slain!"  That's terrible!

Yes, it is! I have never seen this before. I did not build any courthouse, maybe this kind of dead triggers if bannies lack saefty happyness? On the other hand i have 100% happyness in my city.
