As the title says.
There is always a couple of red areas at "six o'clock".
Is this a bug?

Hi Frick! It's not a bug. Quarries can only be built in rocky terrain. In lowlands is clay in the ground. These 3 red tiles will be green above mountain tiles. A naughty idea of the creator to keep land use more logical. But he really should write it in the tool tip! In the Wiki it is. :)
