Maybe update the sub-forum header so it's a bit clearer that it's not for requests, so that new forum members are directed to the sub-forum here:

I think we can mostly all agree keeping the Mod Discussions 107 sub-forum for the actual released mods is a good idea, much easier to follow new releases, updates, and news on topics. :)

Then once you're done, you can move my topic wherever you need to with a big "DONE" marked across it :)

Also, perhaps PM the person who continues to do it, and tell them to post where they should, it's a repeat offender. :)
