what's your mod order ,MILK?

I will record that next time I open it up... But I've had it happen on different games with very different mods installed.  I suspect it's something I'm doing play-style rather than purely a mod fault.  Not that I think I do anything unusual.

I just restarted my game a couple days ago because it became unplayably slow on a "huge" map.  So far I haven't seen any homeless children and I'm up to about 1000 people.

I'm going to pay extra attention to when the homelessness of kids begins.
