Title: Stairs and Ghost ground.

Is there a mod to get my Bannies stairs to walk up to an elevated area? And is there also a mod that makes ghost decorations that would cover an area to make a slope look smooth like a natural hill?

Side question, why does every bid of ground cover go totally snow covered all winter? Just curious.
