Bricks and Roof Tiles?

Greetings from a Newbie

I'm playing in the North (and love it). I'm doing Anders and Ella. So far I'm surviving. But I have one question.

Some of the great things require bricks and roof tiles. Where in the heck do I get them? From the reading I've done I need a kiln and pit. But I can't find where to get that.

You have to buy the first bricks and rooftiles. If I remember it right, youŽll need 60 bricks and 30 roof tiles for the Nordic brick yard. I guess you can also use the brick yard from NMT but I havenŽt tried it in a Nordic game.

Welcome to Banished @herbmama!

The production buildings for brickworks you find in the resource production toolbar next to the quarry. The brickyard and clay pits. As Nilla said, you have to purchase the initial bricks and tiles from outside to discover this new technology.
