Having same crash  Latest Arynews issue while changing DX9 my graphic card details are:

Nvidia: 9400 GT   
Cuda Cores: 16   
Power Supply: 300 watt
Memory: DDR3
Memory interface width: 128 Bit
Memory Bandwidth GB/Sec: 12.8 GB/s
Clock Speed: 550 MHz
Processor Clock Speed 1400 MHz

This usually affirms my theories, with the goal that's perfect. Essentially what's going on is that the new water someway will not mirror the sky, in spite of the fact that despite everything it shows the entire part else. I will endeavor to make a little try different things with a few practical arrangements this end of the week, hopefully a sort of will cure it.
