 There is KW Groundcover separate or in the combined mod.  The Groundcover includes water covers and reeds.  :)

 :)  @huyle Kid Deco Farm Animals mod has ducks that can be placed on land or water, they look good with the reeds.

Another mod you may be interested in is Necora's Maritimes Riffle.  It has turbulence and driftwood that can be place on water, very nice to use on the rivers.  Find link to download here:
