I know there is a terraform tool that lets you clean a map of all resources, i.e. trees, stone, iron, etc. It's not the flatten tool, or the terraform tool by Black Liquid, that only allows you to go up or down.
Anyone know which tool this is?

Really? I have that, but how do you get it to sweep the map clean??
Incidently, I used a different tool before, that's what I was looking for, but how can I do it using the debug tool?
Set in Debug menu enable zero build cost, then use remove resources from Removal and destruction tools menu

I'm going to try a very hard scenario. No resources, Kid's Traveling Trader carts, and the his crop patches mods. It will be interesting I think.
