Hi I logged in yesterday and could download files, and today I get an error message "An error has occurred" "You are not allowed to download files"
I am not sure what has happened.
Can anyone tell me what is going wrong ???
@kralyerg updated the download software since you last downloaded a file, think something has gone wrong with the upgrade as it's effecting everyone not just you, you will have to be patient in the meantime till it's fixed

I really appreciate the work involved in getting things to work properly when an "upgrade" goes south, so I am grateful for the people fixing it.
I had no idea there was a problem. I looked and all the permissions look correct. I'm not sure why there would be problems. Hmm...
@OpalSkies Ok. It should all be fixed now. The download category permissions were fine. It was the member group permissions that got a box unticked somehow, so members were allowed to view downloads but not actually download them. All better. :)
