i need help and or advice

i put win 10 in and am running 32 bit-----NOW----reds new settlers tent went right in and looks great--the row houses don't even show up as a mod and reds city shows up in the mod group BUT does not show up in game even above cc----any ideas-----also other cc small mods don't show up either???

i guess you did it 'as an update' ? and not formatted and do a fresh install ?

checked your folder and the names of the mods ?
