Title: Are custom buildings removable?
Post by: michaelrym on October 14, 2014, 12:34:22 AM
Built a couple of the specialised storage carts and now I can't demolish them. The labourers move all the stuff to the barn, but the carts remain.

I think I've read elsewhere that some of the items in the Decorative Pack cannot be removed, too. So my question is: any more custom structures that are non-removable? I'd like to avoid building those, because I want the option to redesign my settlement down the road.

Thank you in advance for any info.

the trellis and fencegates problems came from people asking to be able to put a road on the same tile.
so i ve got to make that 1x1 tile object like it s allowing to put a road down there, so in same time it s make it not removable.

about the carts i dunno, i didnt made that one and i dunno what the guy made.

?
Just removed one of the storage carts and had no problems. But i downloaded the mod yesterday, maybe it is updated.

But as it comes to the gates and these wooden-portals in @RedKetchup´s decorative-items-package, I cannot remove them.

@ Nilla

Thanks for the info, although it's bad news for me - must be something about my setup.

There is something hard-coded into the game that prevents a one-square, road-enabled structure from being removed. Too bad.  :(
