Very nice !
Too bad that there is no curved roads in the game ^^
Very cool ... strange ... but very cool. ;)
Very nice job making circles on a square-grid -- must have caused you some headaches, though.
Stunning,
@wasabi333. Did those round lakes just come up on the map, or have you found the secret of creating lakes?
@rkelly17 -- as far as I can tell, lakes are created round. Depending on the settings in the terrain type .rsc file, the round lake may be sub-divided into smaller circles, giving you the scalloped effect around the edge, and nearby 'round' lakes may be joined, giving you the elongated lakes occasionally seen on a map.
beautiful !
you certainly passed alot and alot of time on that !

yes. I didn't get enough sleep ::) but I enjoy this game
thanks to you. this images ware able to complete that :)
I must have blinked at the wrong time ... where did the land in the lakes tracing out curves come from? Is there a map editor available, or did you do this modifying the terraintype .rsc file? Nice effect, regardless.

The terrain flattening tool mod is actually a terrain leveling mod - it will also raise land in water. I haven't played much with that aspect of it yet, so it's nice to see what someone else is doing with it.
Ahh ... I haven't played with the flattening tool, either. Looks like it could be fun, even if just to see what you can make. :D

The flattening tool is a wonderful thing. Just be sure to save first ;)

u are my new God!! ;D
beautiful and exquisite.
Really nicely done.
< ten thumbs up >
Wow! You must be very patient. It must have been extremely time-consuming to construct a circular layout in a rigid grid-based game.
Amazing! Really clever and beautiful to see. Thanks!
