thanks you ! starting to be as big as Medieval town !!!
hehe ... soon
it is a very nice mix of texture, they go so well together :)
@ embx61 :)Thank you for the beautiful set. Applause. :)Cheers!
Thanks Red.
Yeah, I am quite happy and content how it came about.
Thank
@Paeng for his request for a boarding house what started it all :)
When the boarding house was almost finished the idea came up to make some matching houses.
Then from one thing came another (You know how as no other how that goes :) ) but I think I have it all covered Vanilla buildings wise besides the Town Hall I think.
I shall later see if I can make a addon mod with all the Vanilla Production/gather buildings closely matching this set and maybe it becomes close to NMT by then :)
The Herbalist is already close enough as I used these textures as well for the Herbalist.
I think about 7 or 8 production buildings to cover the vanilla production buildings.
Now back to the New England stuff for Pilgrim.
Your welcome
@taniu Have fun :)
@ embx61@ Great idea to add production to this kit. :)Cheers!
Yeah, I going to do it but it will take a fair bit.
After the stuff for the pilgrim I maybe do one building, then create something else, then another building, or 2, to avoid burnout by constantly working on the same stuff.
But within a couple of months I should have it ready :)
Very nice set
@embx61 , I especially like the chapel and the well. Will look forward to the Town Hall being added to the set. Thank you for another nice addition to the game. :)
@embx61 :)Thank you for adding new wonderful buildings .Cheers! :D
Thanks
@taniu :)
I am glad you have fun with them.
Currently started to work on replacing the vanilla production buildings like the Fishers Hut, Gatherer, Forester, Tailor, etc.
Fisher Hut is the one I have started with.
This will be a separated Mod called "Small Village Production" and will be the same theme.
I even played around a bit with some textures and thinking about it to make a more brighter F Key variant of the whole set.
But first the production buildings :)
@ embx61 :)Great idea I like that now a lot of moderators make complete sets,I love the lighter color of wood :)Cheers!
Making sets is fun as long as you do sometimes something different.
I can recycle bits and parts from the other buildings and don't have to look for textures anymore so it goes faster overall.
It all happened because I played the game a bit with the set and placing some vanilla buildings with my buildings looked so odd.
I knew then I had to replace them all :)
A somewhat brighter F Key variant with a different thatched roof is coming as well :)
Just a quick note:
On the download page it says to place it over all your other mods. If I do that I don't see the icons for EB Above Ground Irrigation, EB Ground Irrigation and EB Market Set. All I see are small dots. Those mods still work and I can still use them just their icons aren't visible. If I put EB Village underneath them I get no icon for this mod but again it still works.
O, I see. I will update my Production 1 and 2 set, storage set, market set, and materials store, church, chapel, today to reflect the toolbar changes.
Ah good, Gatherer beat me to it... :)
Since you're at it - could you also check the new Village Gatherer - it suffers from some heavy moirée-like effect, most of the roof, in any rotation...
Just uploaded new version of most of my sets so the toolbar hopefully will work right.
Should be save compatible.
I will check the Gatherers roof.
Hmm. I see some moire on the added roof and hopefully can get rid of that by making that roof somewhat thicker.
But I don't see moire on the rest of the roof (Hip) in DX 9 and DX 11.
More players having moire on the roof?
Thx Embx61 I will do my next game with all the set, yeah :)
I will upload a new version in the next half an hour.
Should be save compatible and will contain the Blacksmith and a tailor and all F key variants for all buildings so far.
Made the roof of the Gatherer thicker so hopefully that will help with the moire.
The Tavern will be added some later.
Just uploaded version 17006 of the Village set. Should be save compatible with version 17005. :)
Just wanted to let you know how much I am enjoying all the new things you've added. Thanks for all your hard work on this.
Also, sorry if you have covered this already, but does your shore house conflict with CC? I like yours better but couldn't assign workers to it. I may be doing something wrong though.
Anyway your buildings are awesome! You do very nice work! :)
Thanks
@Kimbolton I just checked with CC Journey 1.74 loaded and I can assign a worker to the Shore Hut fine.
I had CC on top first and that worked and then I put the Production set 2 on top and it worked as well.
Only the output and changes in the mesh/graphic of the Sand and Clay will occur depending which mod is higher in the Mod list.
Thanks for checking on this. I will go back in the game and play around with it. I goofed up somewhere! :)
Hi Embx61,
Yes it was my goof. I was trying to assign shoreman to the shore hut instead of "workers". It is working great now! :)
Glad it is resolved
@Kimbolton :)
@embx61 :)Trouble with Nomads.Testing the whole week with mod "EB Village V17006 Aug 04.2017.
Unfortunately Nomads - do not come to the village - I do not know what to do - game V1.07 beta build 170608 and other Nomads mods - come to the village.
Can you check out this mod for why Nomads do not appear? Please and thank you :)
You need a Townhall, Market, and Trade Port build to get nomads.
That is the same as in Vanilla.
I looked at the code and think I know what went wrong.
In the Townhall immigration part I forgot to change the default required buildings Template:
"Template/Market.rsc"
"Template/TradingPost.rsc"
I should of course change that to EBSVMarket.rsc and EBSVTradingPort.rsc so they refer to my buildings instead of the Vanilla ones.
This will be fixed in the next version.
Slowly coming together. 8)

Great Pic :)
I am normally not the kind of person who taps myself on the shoulder as saying good job.
But I am very pleased how the Village set and the Natural Irrigation Channels came about. :)
I personally cannot play without them anymore :)
