Best Orchard for The North

What would be some of the best orchards for The North mod?

For uneducated workers at the beginning I usually grow apples, if they are educated, pears are a bit more productive. I wouldn´t grow any of the other tress, at least not as long as my population isn´t uneducated. (This is valid for a "pure" Nordic game with no mods that changes the growth)
