You didn't need to delete and reinstall the game.  Just disabling the mods is enough. Where was that grow onion mod from?

Kept crashing my game. So I unloaded everything, deleted the game, reinstalled, then went one by one til I found this. I then tried everything else and it's fine. So, just this one so far. Shame cause I really did want onions. lol.

Hello,

I'm banman. I've had a seasonal addiction to Banished ever since the game came out and right now felt like a good time to get back into it.

A huge thank you to the World of Banished hosts and all the modders who have turned this game into something even more brilliant!

Chapter 20

It was another long dark winter but now it is spring again and the days are longer and brighter.  We are so proud of our new town in the north and how it has grown.  We have a large market, 3 mead halls, 5 chapels, a wind sawmill, 3 greenhouses, an animal barn, a boat builder, and 46 homes.  The population in spring of year 20 is 145, 86 adults, 9 students, and 50 children.  Everyone is healthy, and happiness has greatly improved from what it was when we arrived.  We have every confidence that the 4 families who were here when we arrived will be able to see to it that the town will continue to thrive.

That's right, eager explorer, we decided it is a good time to go off and do a bit of exploring.  Our oldest daughter, Mericka, will stay in our house with her sister, Sharmaniel, who is now a student.  The 2 youngest girls, Amia and Arete, will be going with us.  The boat builder has been working on 2 houseboats, one for us and one for you if you care to go exploring with us.  The boats have just been finished and supplies are being loaded, so, eager explorer, we're off to see the world.

The End, for Now
