College mod done in this way possible?

Hey I was thinking if it was possible to have a simple extra education system that works like this; College building, 2x as big as School house, employs 2 teachers (same teaching profession as School house), when a student graduates the School house he goes to the College and when he graduates there he has a small extra bonus to the same stuff the schoolhouse provides. Well I play with 1:1 aging, have students start at 8 years old, graduate at 12, I thought it would be good gameplay tweak to decide to keep them students an extra 4 years for a small bonus (even smaller than the first bonus)
