I'm looking for a ghosted 1x1 diagonal road cutout, to hide the jagged edges when building stepped diagonal roads; similar to the ones included Discrepancy's Jetty and Trade Merchants mods, but with vanilla road textures. If someone knows of such a mod already existing and could point me to it, that would be great.

It will not work very well. The road edge blends into the ground and will leave a seam
between itself and a ghosted piece.
@svkaamos I made a half tile with road texture.
As you can see in the picture - the vanilla road does not stretch out to fill the tile.
It leaves a gap. Any 'road' you put beside it will have that gap visible.
It is not possible unless you make a completely new road that fills the tile.
The result would be very sharp edges. Not nice. I will not get into that.
@svkaamos colonial charter and mega mod have diagonal tiles and - to make it work correctly - straight tiles.

I'm going to have to try this out. Are the diagonal tiles the ones that are in the deco, not your regular road tab?

@banishedsanni - Thanks, this was exactly what I was looking for. I think the example at the top actually looks kind of neat, but maybe that's just me...
