Loving the markets, and the two-story house looks good.

I have been playing around a lot with your mods in different towns and yes, using only your housing can make the population growth slow down, and requires extra management to not overbuild.
But overall, if playing a slow game and leaving the game running overnight, they actually seem to be more stable as the peaks and troughs of the population aren't as big, as when using larger capacity housing. Overall I think it is a benefit.
What family size capacity is the 2-story house going to be? upgrade from straight rowhouse? or buildable from menu?

@Discrepancy - I am struggling with the numbers, or I were struggling until
I read your post. My thought was to almost double the space in the new houses.
I have made middle rowhouse, the two cornerhouses and tried, but discarded,
the thought of building an end house too. They looked completely lopsided
and even if I like a good laugh this was too much.
So, if I try to keep growth rate balanced the middle house should have 6 persons
and the corner houses 8-9 (haven't decided, but I think I go for 8 ).

Now iron - you and other have tried to convince me to keep the numbers as they are.
They are a little bit hard on a new game but I have the Forest Outpost houses for that.
So only a very small change or the new houses will be too expensive.

If you all want a CC version I can do that but I haven't planned for it.

Yes those numbers sound good. I wouldn't go any higher than 8 for a corner 2-story house.

Is the large rowhouse going to be bigger? or 8 as well?

The large rowhouse would also look good as a Hostel  ;)

Yes, large house (corner house) is 8.
Small house (middle 2-story) is 6.
There will be no 2-story side house.
You figure out how to use them.

I hate hostels, they never seem to attract my people and I don't like nomads either.
Wonder why I'm playing this game with so much to object to.  ;D

There isnt a risk if you are playing too much with the family numbers ?

imagine a family of 8 obligated to move on another house, and only find an house of 6 ?
what would happend if there is a fire... and the house of 8 get lost. the family find an house of 6 and happends the player try to 'open' that residence window ?

I like them. I can't wait to start an Adam&Eve game with the large house. ;D

RedKetchup - I'm aware of the limit in residence window so I stay
with 8. Most mods use default Dialog/Residence.rsc with a window height of 8.

good work Kid. Cant wait to see what you come up with next.. I do have an idea. how about a farm that grows trees. we have them all over Wi. just an idea.

Just added the Market Puzzle mod, forest outpost mod and the updated rowhouses mod into my saved game. Went very smoothly. That's what I like!  :)

Enjoying these new features. Thanks for your effort!
