Both the Farm Yard and the Town & Textiles mods are pre-CC... and both are now fully integrated into CC.

It doesn't look like it's available for download anymore.
And I wouldn't trust that one that's on Steam. It wasn't uploaded by ShockPuppet (the creator the FarmyYard/Town & Textiles), and I don't think it's really that mod anyway.

I don't know if this was the latest version of this. And T&T will never get updated. But this is what I have. It's named "farmyard.pkm" but it's the Towns and Textiles mod, I checked.
