p.s. at the front of the front door you can build roads or add decorations?
or the footprint is untouchable?

3 tiles in front of the door are walkable.

Not sure if decorations can be build on that but I doubt it.

CC have the "tech" to build decorations on roads, farmland and stuff I believe but I don't know how they coded it.

I've noticed that the storage shed isn't compatible with an existing game when you are using a storage increase mod.

This however, isn't anything out of the ordinary and is the same for all barns and storage areas -- they all need to be in place when you start a new game, otherwise any changes during the game will result in the game crashing

@embx61 Redketchup has that 'tech' too..
just look at the gate and trellis in decorative items, or the 1st / 2nd / 3rd story buildings like bakery and such.
