Glad you posted that. Reminded me of my childhood. Every May 1st the town would show up at the local park, only one in town, for a May Day Festival. Include a May Pole for all the the kids to circle with different colored ribbons and wove them around the pole. Great fun for all.

 :) :) This one is a typical Swedish maypole used at midsummer.
