Your citizens will never die of old age.
They can still die from workplace accidents and disease, but will not die of old age.
(As a side effect, when you accept nomads into your town, they may have crazy huge ages. Like in the thousands crazy.)
This mod is incompatible with any mod that changes how fast your citizens age.
