New mod has 10 hedgerows which produce the following:

Spring 1 - hazelnuts, wild oats, mushrooms, asparagus, branches (for firewood)
Spring 2 - plums, hazelnuts, wild honey, rabbit meat
Spring 3 - asparagus, herbs

summer 1 - apples, strawberries, wild oats, honey, rosehips
Summer 2 - walnuts, sunseeds, berries, flax, branches
Summer 3 - flax, eggs

Fall 1 - hazelnuts, sunseeds, corn, branches
Fall 2 - walnuts, wild oats, mushrooms, eggs
Fall 3 - berries, branches

Winter - berries, branches, rabbit meat

Deco items include forsythias bush, fall shrubs, and more.

That's fantastic, I've been adding the original hedgerow anywhere it will fit, so having some more hedgerow options is great.
