Added this mod as soon as I saw it. I didn't know it, but Christmas town is exactly what my map needed.
Not sure how hard it is to add a recipe for a resource that already exists, but your cocoa would be a good way to add a chocolate recipe. Every now & then I like to buy some from the trader when my townsfolk have been productive, but as far as I can see, there's no way to produce it. Your cocoa + refined sugar... just a thought.
