I just started a new game, and played for about an hour (my system is very slow) and I wasn't doing anything special, just placing a road when I got a crash to desktop. There doesn't appear to be any dump. What now?
Map key was 32769
Ubuntu 15.04 with wine-1.7.50
AMD Athlon II X 2 with embedded AMD RS780 chip set driven by Gallium 0.4 default driver
Found this message on my wine log:
X Error of failed request: XI_BadDevice (invalid Device parameter)
Major opcode of failed request: 131 (XInputExtension)
Minor opcode of failed request: 46 ()
Device id in failed request: 0x2be
Serial number of failed request: 71846
Current serial number in output stream: 71846
I don't think I've ever seen one like this. Anyone else?
Whatever happened, i just finished a two hour session with a different key and no problems.
Corrupt map, maybe.
Actually, I think it was the loose nut holding the mouse. I noticed today that I have a tendency to over-click in some instances because my system is so slow.

Oh? You don't KNOW what "OA" is???

Actually, it is mouse anxiety. I may be 78, but this decrepit box acts like it was over 90. It is so slow with Banished that I occasionally get frustrated by it. I am getting closer and closer to purchasing a new box of tricks.
I'm 55, but, I feel like 18 with 37 years of experience besides the medications and walking slower.
Ah yes. The medications. Lots of those after my heart revision. Just got a new walker. A real Cadillac, and now I get around much better. I now consider my occupation retirement. I have some 15 years experience in that regard.

We should all take our vocations seriously. I try to take retirement very seriously. ;D
