Title: Marks for removal don't survive across a reload?
Post by: A Nonny Moose on December 22, 2015, 02:53:17 PM
This has been bothering me for some time, but I was never really sure.  Today, I am positive I marked some of my forest for removal of material, and when I reloaded the game on a restart it was no longer marked.  It this a bug or a feature sent to try us?

In this same village (Cicero), I seem to have arrived at a point of self-sustainment.  As many Bannies die off as are born, and population growth, if any, is very slow, even with some nomads adding in.  Seems odd to always have enough food, enough firewood, enough rock and enough iron to keep things on an ever keel.  Playing this one on medium, disasters off.  Still get epidemics, though.

Sometimes, when you document a bug it becomes a feature.  This is a very subtle process employed by very busy programmers and it often works.  All told, this program has been rather bullet proof.
