Starting off this set with a rice paddy! Took a while to get the coding all jiving together, but it is here. Uses the rice from CC, thanks to
@kralyerg
Look great and gorgeous.
The rice paddy looks good!
Does this use the water duplication mod?
It uses Bartender's water material to get the water effects.
This got me thinking about an old modding dream.
A crop field under standing water for growing rice.
After a series of crashes (still don't know why) I finally got what I wanted.
This is maybe the solution to not work in the winter!
The picture shows a very enthusiastic farmer growing corn in the water :)
Everything works as a normal crop field but it is a set size due to the
hole in the ground. The hole is still there after I remove the field.
@angainor88 , if you want I can send you the code for it.
You need a rice crop. I don't think drowned cabbage will be popular. ;D
And to anyone who asks, I used Bartender's Glass Material for a transparent
water surface.
that look nice :)
Ooh that does look nice! Do you mind sending me the code? Thank you so much!
I finished up the Sake Brewery. Next I am gonna take a look at kid's code and see if I can make it work for me :)
With a hell of a lot of help from
@kid1293 , we got the rice paddy to work like a crop field!
In the background are the deco bamboo and sakura trees he is allowing me to use for the set as well :)
Thats good to start with sake brewing.. first things first. ;D
The paddy field maybe to try without this wall? Just as shallow depression with water.
I like the wall though :P
Though it is essentially ghosted right now, so it can work with the crop coding
A wall gives a more strict impression. Feudal Japan was very aware of the sights
and the peace of mind. You keep the wall if you want. It is nice.
Just finished the Iron Sand Mine. I decided to have it produce vanilla iron, so as to make a shorter production chain.
I don't think I'll do a replacement quarry for this set, because quarries look pretty much the same no matter where they're from.
Interesting mine. It shows you don't have to dig holes in every mountain.
I'll think about it :) Nice!
@angainor88 Since you're doing a mod about Japan it would be nice to include a cherry grove. Kid1293 could help as he has made some nut and lemon groves in a couple of his mods.
Hmmm like a cherry forester type thing? or as a decoration?
I think he means to make a group of cherry trees where a worker goes and poke in the ground.
Add a small building and have cherries as output.
I think more of cherry trees as ceremonial. In a garden or at a shrine.
Working away on some deco items for this, from an unfinished mod set from
@kralyerg. I'll post some pictures soon, but I am working on some deco trees and it is slow going (trying to improve my modeling/artwork skills...). But there is a gate/fence set, some deco pots, some deco lanterns, and some large rocks.
Just a quick preview of the trees I've done so far.
from left to right: bay tree, hinoki, black pine, and adromeda.
@angainor88 Nice looking trees :)
looks good
Guess the flowers are the wrong size, lol
Whoops! ;D

oh, they look very nice. I especially like the flowering plum. :)
Always great to have more deco options. Thank you.
Jumping puzzle anyone?
Seriously though, is there a way to do bridges with pieces larger than 1x1?
@angainor88 I think the bridge construction is locked in the game.
You need to make a complete set to keep the game happy.
A complete set is
Start
1 tile
2 tiles
4 tiles
8 tiles
You have access to the code for my Tiny mod. Get that.
There is a small (tiny) Stone Bridge with all that is needed.
Here is the Blender file for that Stone Bridge as a quick reference.
Ah thank you!
I misunderstood how the pieces of the bridge were supposed to fit together. I should have looked in lab for examples.
Bridge complete! Thanks
@kid1293!
Koi Pond!
Wow! Great idea. Great model.
I really like your Koi pond! :)
Thank you! It didn't work out exactly how I had pictured, but I made it work somehow haha.
The full deco set is up now at http://worldofbanished.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=595 (http://worldofbanished.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=595)
Some of these models I got from
@kralyerg, though they were all unfinished.
Nice!
Thank you! Now we can build a garden with your trees and bushes :)
I am really glad that things happen and mods are released.
Well I finally have two new pieces for this set.
The first is the Osaka Castle. It functions as a town hall. The model for this one is from
@kralyerg, but I did some work to get it into the game. The second is the Kyoto Pagoda, which took a very long time to make...
Those are incredible!:O Well done!:D
They are all so nice!
wow :) :) :)
Thank you everyone :)
Do they seem too dark in the pictures? I was debating whether to lighten up the AO a little.
WOW!!! That is a huge castle and it looks fantastic. Now you need to give bannies kimonos and those pointy straw hats.
This will be a wonderful addition to the game. Love what I have seen so far, can't wait to load the mod.
As for the darkness: they might be a bit darker then the rest of the set, but I think it fits well as the trapezoid roofing creates dramatic shades.
Wonderful stuff.:)
@angainor88 Very nice japanese garden style. I personally prefer a
lighter ground made of lighter pebbles or other lighter ground- this is just my opinion - it can create 2 variations for players who prefer dark or lighter surfaces - it depends only on you.
I send interesting facts about Japanese gardens - and photos of examples, only for viewing - taken by photographers, Stephane D'Alu - Photo by Stephane D'Alu, Jeremy Reding from Seattle, USA - Portland Japanese Garden 2010, Paweł Turtoń - Own work
Japanese garden (Japanese ... Two basic styles of gardens are TSUKIYAMA with small hills, stones symbolizing mountains, ponds imitating the sea and lakes, and KARESANSUI - a style of a dry garden with gravel depicting water, boulders imagining islands and hacked sand imitating waves imitating them.
An essential element in a classic Japanese garden is water - it brings life and movement to it. Flowing water enlivens and moves the garden, giving it the impression of a lively, natural landscape.Greetings

sand, gravel.
A wonderful garden full of stones, mossy boulders, gravel and a pond at the Adahi Museum of Art in Japan. This is an example of the beautiful harmony of nature through art
Japanese style stones. plants. moss, gravel
these are just examples but maybe you add something, it only depends on you and it is a beautiful project - @ angainor88. Greetings
Hi
@taniu! I may add some more deco stuff to those mods later. I want to make pieces so that people can make their own gardens, rather than have one set garden they put down. Which makes some things difficult...
Right now I am working on production buildings, the latest of which is the miso shed, for all your miso fermenting needs.
Finished up the house that will be the basis for silk production, the Gassho farmhouse. Traditionally silkworms were raised on the upper stories of one of these houses, but I can't make the bannies multitask, so I will build a second building that goes with these to produce the silk.
@angainor88 ;D Thank you for the answer, I am very happy that you will add some elements to Japanese gardens. I like the last buildings are great - I don't know what production you will run? rice fermentation? or something else ? adds a few curiosities
1.Kiyochika Kobayashi (1847–1915), Inn at the foot of Mount Hakone serving ama-zake (sweet sake), 1881

2.Sugitama (also: sugidama, sakabayashi) - a ball made of twigs of Japanese cedar (sugi), traditionally hung under the eaves of the entrance to the sake factory; on the right a tanuki with a bottle, which represents: virtue, advantage, value

Greetings ;D
Hello
@taniu!
The rice fermentation is the second thing I've done haha! There's a picture back on the first page of the thread.
The gassho farmhouse is a house, but I am doing additional building attachments, one for silk making one for storage.
@angainor88 ;D I asked you about other fermentation - I mean "Miso Shed" building - maybe I misunderstood? what is this building for - what exactly is it supposed to produce? I have suggestions - maybe you will be interested? Soy is popural in Japan - Soy and its fermented products are very popular : - Miso and natto-fermented soy products.
Miso-Is a paste obtained from soy, rice, barley or a mixture of these ingredients fermented with koji (Aspergillus oryzae).
Natto -It has been known in Japan for over 400 years. This product is obtained by fermenting soybeans by one of the Bacillus subtilis strains, more widely known under the old name Bacillus natto.
IsTofu - soy cheese -It is produced by coagulating soy milk.
Generally - Japanese cuisine is associated primarily with rice, sushi, green tea and fish.
In recent years, other dishes and products, including miso, natto, shiitake mushrooms and sea algae such as nori and wakame, have also gained popularity.
Greetings ;) :-\
Ah, sorry I thought you were talking about the farmhouse. Yes, the miso shed takes soybeans and ferments them into miso! I really like miso myself, though it's very salty.
a japan mod cant be completed without an anime monument!!
The next pieces go with the Gassho farmhouse, though they don't necessarily need to be attached. The Gassho Silk Shed makes silk, and the Gassho Kura is a storage building.
Your new buildings look great!
Now for the blacksmith, the Tataraba Forge!
And now for the tailor, the Nara tailor is complete. It makes all the vanilla clothing options, but also makes kimonos out of silk
The tailor building came out great!
Market complete!
That leaves... 12 buildings left (not including houses or storage...)
The detailing looks great, but i was wondering if the buildings are a little dark in game?
@angainor88 ;D the buildings are nice in Japanese style - buildings are too dark - is it a dark green color? maybe 2 variant with a lighter color? I like brighter colors but this is just a suggestion on my part. Regards
Hi. Just my two cents...
The buildings are a bit dark but they are in a unified style (very important, I say)
You can later decide if you want to add a brighter texture to the whole set.
You are doing good. Very nice buildings!
:)
Hi all!
They are a bit dark, but mostly from the AO shadows I think. I may lighten them later, but I want to finish the set before I do it, so they can be consistent. All lot of traditional Japanese buildings use plain wood, stone, and plaster, except for fancy buildings like Buddhist temples and rich people houses.
The Bizen School is done! A little brighter than the others, but still a lot of shadows from the overhanging roof.
That is a huge improvement in the color scheme.
A few of these and it is a living breathing surrounding.
Good work :)
Those new buildings are very nice!
Wow these are so beautiful and very exciting! I'm researching Japanese urban planning in preparation ;D
Jomon Fish Weir!
Has an F variant to make it face the other direction so it goes with the flow of the water (for visuals, not performance). The basket sometimes floats when first put down, because it's set to road height, so when the road is built it won't float anymore.
A nice little addition
The Shinto Shrine is complete!
@angainor88 ;D fantastic buildings
Thanks taniu and everyone!
I finished up the Soan teahouse so everyone can have some tea now :)
The Edo Trading Post is done (shown with deer enjoying it)
Nice
Well complete! Six different variations
I like the wells.
Kyushu Hospital complete!
So far I do like what this mod will bring to the game. I am concerned about the overall darkness of the project. Most of the Japanese buildings I have seen have not been so very dark, rather they were brighter in color. Will we be able to have buildings in both darker and lighter colorization?
When you say dark, are you referring to the colors (ie the gray roof tiles, dark brown wood) or the shadowy look of it?
There isn't going to be a color F variant on this one, because the texture of the sides was done by me and it took a lot of work lol. I'd have to do it all over again if I used a different color wood, and this was the wood color of the actual building I based this one on. Some of the other pieces in the set use different wood and tiles.
If it's the shadowy-ness, that comes from the AO, which I will probably lighten some when I finish the set. I want to do the AO lightening at the end so it is consistent across the pieces.
I hope that helps answer your question
Cemetery is done! So many small pieces... and I learned I'd been spelling cemetery as "cemetary"...
I also made a deco version of the wall as well, in two colors
That is a superb thing
@angainor88 !!
The color scale is just so good and a very interesting design.
Thanks a lot for showing :)
Thank you
@kid1293 !
I had to kill a lot of bannies to get it all to work/look ok hahaha
@ angainor88 ;D ;D ;D You're doing great - fantastic buildings and ideas. - I'm looking forward to this release - Will you add - kimono to your clothes? Cheers
When I finish all the buildings, I may try a redo of the bannies's clothes, though I don't know how yet.
Hunting Tower complete! 6 (or maybe 7, if I go with a mini town hall) buildings left to go
Moar updates!
The Kampo Herbalist is finished, and I added two deco plants (one that I made for the herbalist, one from the Jomon Fish Weir). Left: Liquorice Root, Right: River Reeds.
(The liquorice root one is kinda hard to see against the green background, sorry)
Pretty simple, but it is a woodcutter after all
Made a charcoal kiln for fuel, as the iron sand mine only mines iron. It makes CC charcoal, and can sit on non flat land.
Gatherer complete!
Looking good.
Honshu Forester complete, with added log storage.
@angainor88 - Nice job. Do you find it troublesome?
You must have learned a lot about Japanese culture while making this mod. :)
Are you going to add terrain and start conditions to the mod (or maybe as an add-on)?
It took me a while to get the window set up so things weren't all on top of each other, and I didn't do extensive testing I'm afraid. Just checked to see if they put logs in storage. I read up on the thread that
@Yandersen posted a while ago.
When I eventually (lol) finish all these buildings, I may try to put it all into one mod, and maybe do some tweaking for building materials and such, but that's a while off I think. I've got all the houses to make first!
I have tried to learn a lot (at least about architecture). I sometimes wish I knew someone who lived in Japan so I could ask them dumb questions (and ask them to take pictures of the backs of houses lol).
@angainor88 while looking for Japanese housing I found these images that might help you. The following link gives a large selection of traditional Japanese homes with many views. You probably have already checked and found these. But just in case take a look. I also noticed that many of the houses had a mixture of colors in the exterior views not just a single color.
Sitting on pins and needles waiting to see your work. I know it will be grand.
Traditional Japanese House (https://www.google.com/search?q=traditional+japanese+house&tbm=isch&hl=en&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwi8rLnFvs7rAhUZ0qwKHQILCLoQrNwCKAJ6BQgBENoB&biw=1903&bih=937#imgrc=tXGwq9sPG__EKM&imgdii=DgligryyA3jSQM)
I can always use more sources :P
Also, a couple questions for everyone: I have one building (the big castle) designated as the town hall, but it takes a lot of materials and labor to make, so I was thinking of making a mini town hall as well. Would people want that?
Also, if there are any specific items you want, please let me know!
Make both a small Town Hall and a Castle.
People like a smooth game but once in a while, they want a challenge.
(and your buildings are beautiful) :)
Yes, people, such a me, would want a mini town hall and then also a large main city town hall.
The bathhouse is complete! I will make the small town hall next, and then the non-housing and storage buildings will be done! I have a few more deco pieces I want to add to that part as well (quay pieces, flags, etc.). Still a lot left to do.
Nice! A lot of details and they are clearly visible. :)
It is a very nice building and the chimney is a special touch :)
Wonderful work, clear and crisp.
Eagerly looking forward!
Alright the (smaller) town hall is complete. I decided to so a kabuki theater for fun, so here is the Ikeda Kabuki Theater. Hopefully, I'll have time to put it all together tomorrow and then I can release it/get to work on the houses :P
will there be food soon too? ;D :D
looking forward
Having a theater for entertainment happiness is a great thing, instead of only taverns. It looks great!
@angainor88 :)
Congratulations on a job well done! I just downloaded the Japanese Miscellaneous mod.
Seen together the buildings match perfectly and they are not too dark.
The toolsmith is genial. Using charcoal to make steel tools! Kudos for that one! :) :)
Thank you so much
@kid1293 !
The Misc mod is here, for those who want it:http://worldofbanished.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=610 (http://worldofbanished.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=610)
Congrats on another beautiful set, so much good stuff!:)
:) Very nice indeed.
I am giving this a try tonight as a matter of fact. I for one cannot wait until you add housing and storage.
This will be my second attempt at loading your mods though. Your Japanese Deco mod said to place it above your others but when I did that I had a "dot" where a button should have been. I'm going to try a different order now, with your main mod on top.
I'm not sure yet but I've built your trading post on a stream and a red bridge about six inches down from it on the monitor but so far traders are not coming to the trade post. Either it's the map or I am wondering if the game/trade boat can tell beforehand that the trader would not be able to pass below the bridge.
Are your bridges passable by trade boats?
Aw, dang! It should theoretically have been passable by boats, but I know that's a problem that modded bridges have had before, that I'm not sure how to fix. Has anyone figured out how to fix that yet?
I updated the Deco and Deco trees to be compatible with the Miscellaneous set, so you can have them in any order.
Still haven't fixed the bridge yet though, I'm afraid.

Aw, dang! It should theoretically have been passable by boats, but I know that's a problem that modded bridges have had before, that I'm not sure how to fix. Has anyone figured out how to fix that yet?
I'm starting a new game to try out your red bridge on a river with a trade post above it. Don't fret too much
@angainor88 it could just have been the previous map giving me an issue. I'll let you know either way what happens.
Yeah, the trade boat was able to pass under the red bridge on a river and I tested it with the bridge immediately next to the trade post as well.
So it seems the only issue I am having so far was with your rice paddies. I didn't have any rice at the start of the game so I chose to grow the only two crop seeds I had, wheat and squash. The outputs were very small only 252 but that's to be expected with such a small sized area but the problem I had was with the squash crop. After the wheat and squash were harvested 252/251 respectively - the squash either grew one more unit or there was a graphical glitch looking like there was one plant not harvested. Well, the next growing season came and went and that rice paddie that had the one piece of squash in it - the farmer never came back he just worked around town as a laborer instead even though I still had him assigned to work that squash crop. I had to delete it and rebuild.
EDIT: I forgot to ask. How do I build your Grassho Silk Shed? The one material to build it doesn't have a name but I assume it's a silkworm that's needed? I assume that is something I need to wait for the trader to bring, right?
Oh yay, I am glad the bridge is working! Thank you for testing it for me.
I'll have to test the rice paddy out some more, as I've never had that glitch with it. Since it functions like the regular crop field, I assume that the one piece of squash got stuck on an inaccessible tile and since it never got harvested, the farmer was stuck as a laborer. I'll see if I can duplicate the glitch.
Yes, the Gassho Silk Shed requires 1 Silkworm Egg to build, which can only be got through trade. I'll have to fix it so the name shows up.
Thank you for the feedback and testing, I really appreciate it!
Getting started with the houses and storehouses part. The coding for these at least should be simpler...
First up, the Yayoi Granary. It only stores food.
When you do the houses please make more than just 6 variants.
Well I have 28 types of houses that are on my list now :P It's gonna have to get narrowed down a little if I want to finish the mod anytime soon...
The next storage piece is done though: the Takakura! A large, thatched storage from Amami Oshima island.
Temple Kura is complete! A fancier storehouse
The Kura is complete! I have one more storehouse to make, then it'll be off to the houses.
The textures look so good!
Alright, the last storehouse is here: the Log Kura!
I'm starting on the giant list of houses after this :) At least the coding parts of these are simple
Going back to 300-200 BCE, the Yayoi Pit House!
Perfect for a forest setting. Would work with many other mods.
The Okinawa House is a little more modern, based on a farmhouse built in the 1700s. I'm gonna be jumping around a lot :P
The Ainu Chise is complete! The chise is the traditional house of the Ainu people
Ok, I am hooked. Reel in the line....
The Heian Machiya is complete! 4 different houses in the same style, can be used as rowhouses or by themselves. There will be more machiya houses in different styles later.
Those houses came out wonderfully! They look really good!
Can we see a bannie next to these houses for height comparison?
I usually take the pictures away from the bannies so they don't block the buildings haha
Here is the Ichijodani Machiya, with and without some bannies.
Thank you.
The Takayama Machiya is complete. Matches the Takayama brewery in style
angainor88 ;D ;D ;D You're doing great - I see newer and newer buildings, I guess it will be a big mod? Thank you - Greetings
The Kurashiki House is done!
Those are quite nice textures on that house.
The "boarding house" is done, the Iwate Inn. I may do another boarding house as well, but I'm not sure yet.
angainor88 ;D ;D ;D Can you add a The "boarding house"roof - texture like the building - Takayama Machiya? I like it very much - it looks very nice . Greetings
I can't on this model, the roof is very thick and would look silly with a tiled roof. However, the other boarding house I am planning to make won't have a thatch roof.
@angainor88 ;D Ok . I don't know much about textures. For me it's good news for another roof - not a straw roof, although I don't mind a straw roof - because this roof structure is found in other mods.I am sending photos of roofs - maybe you will choose something? Regards
Slowing down a bit for the holiday season I'm afraid, but here is the Bengara House. Bengara is a mineral pigment made from iron oxide that is used to color things like pottery, and in this case, houses.
Wow, that was a heavy color! Very nice! :)
@angainor88 ;D ;D :DI like the color. Regards
I like those houses, and that roof color!
@angainor88 ;D :(Will you be able to complete your wonderful project? before closing the page? Will The Big Chihuahua wait - I don't know how much time it gives us and will there be someone who will lead this page?Regards
Im sure the forum wont be shut down. There is still hope
I also hope the forum will not be shut down, and I see a lot of people willing to help so that gives me hope.
I do also post my mods on Steam when they are done, and I might start up a Nexus mods page after I finish this mod, just to have it in more places. So, the project won't be done by the end of the year, but you'll definitely get it :)
Starting up my series of farmhouses. Way back I did the Gassho Farmhouse with the matching silk production shed, and now I'm adding five different types of farmhouses. There are a whole bunch of different styles, but I picked these because they had the most pictures :P
This is the first, the Kyoto Farmhouse
They came out great!
The next farmhouse is complete! I experimented with added some angled houses here because the footprint was already very square, so you cna see how that turned out.
This is the Magariya Farmhouse, named for the L-shape. Traditionally one part of the L was a stable for horses, though Banished doesn't allow for that to be useful, so they are just decorative stalls.
The last farmhouse, for now: the Honmune Farmhouse!
Those are some big farmhouses. Nice. It's gonna be a great mod when put together.
Very nice houses!
The second inn (ie boarding house) is done, this one with a tile roof :)
The Post Town Inn!
Very nice work
@angainor88 , any idea when this project will be posted?
Not entirely sure, I'm afraid. There are about ~5 house left, each which takes about a week. Then some additional time to make sure they all run smoothly together. So I'd guess early February, barring any changes or unforeseen circumstances.
I then have a couple updates for the other parts of the mod to add (some additional deco items etc).
I like the tile roof.
Wow! You are creating some beautiful buildings. Will you be explaining details about the statistics of the buildings, such as number of occupants in a house and amount of goods that can be kept in a storehouse?
I'll put together a spreadsheet type thing when I've finished. The houses will all say the number of occupants in their in game description.
The charts will look something like the ones here: http://worldofbanished.com/index.php?topic=3512.0 (http://worldofbanished.com/index.php?topic=3512.0)
Another house finished! The Post Town House has room for 5 people.
@angainor88 , more great work! I am not used to these style houses, but it will be interesting to use them in the game.
Another one down: the Sawara House!
Very attractive. I like that black roof texture.
The Kitakata House is done! It matches the market in textures.
Getting close to the end now, here is the Murata house!
Very nice
I love your work
Those look terrific!
Thank you everyone for the nice comments! I realize I've been working on this for at least a year now... but it's so close to being done :)
This is the next house, the Nagaya Rowhouse (nagaya does essentially mean rowhouse, but all my house have two names, so...)
:) It is time well spent, the mod looks great. Very nice textures and styles. Great work.
The last house is complete! This is the Boatbuilders House
I am going to make one expansion type house (little add-on for 3 people) and then do some work to make sure they all work together, then this will be done!
The housing and storage set is finally here!
http://worldofbanished.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=619 (http://worldofbanished.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=619)
Let me know what you think!
I have some things I need to fix/update in the other parts of the mod, so there may be some compatibility issues for now. Put the Houses part on top and see how it goes...
Just an update on the plans for the future:
1. Updating the rest of the parts of the Japan mod (fixing bugs, adding a few small items)
2. Updating the the Morocco and South Africa mods (mostly fixing the toolbars).
3. Making an All-In-One Japan mod, if possible
Let me know if there's any bugs you've noticed, or buildings you feel were missing from the set!
Hi
@angainor88 Just remember there is a limit to uploading to this site.
I have experienced around a max of 29-30 MB.
If you make a combined mod, you maybe have to have it on another server.
Fantastic work so far! :) :) :)
I've been playing around with the set a bit, and it's beautiful! The texture work is just incredible. My only real critique thus far is that it's very reliant on getting a trader up and running quickly, since the rice/tea/soy/etc have to be traded for. It might be nice if the rice paddies could actually be set to grow rice or soy, kind of like Kid's patches and farmyards. Just a thought.
Unfortunately that's one of the limits of Banished, I'm afraid. Waiting to unlock the seeds, that is.
I am not sure how Kid's farmyards work, but I wanted to have the rice paddy act like a crop field (ie have it plant in spring, harvest in fall) rather than have a continuous output. I don't know if there's any way to limit which crops are planted in a field like that.
Also, thank you
@kid1293! Your help has been invaluable on this project. I hope I can fit it on this site, but if not, I will host it elsewhere and put a link here for it.
Also, just updated the Japanese miscellaneous part to include a couple decorative quay pieces and an updated decoration toolbar.
@angainor88 Yes, Kid farmyard produce year round unless player micromanages to stop during winter months. They are productive and work well in no snow climates.
Kid has added certain crops to the start of some mods and has made a vegetable garden start mod that the seeds are included at the start of easy and medium maps. One and two types of seed possible, a third does not always generate. This might be something you would want to do with rice, tea, or soy seeds, either included in mod or a separate Japanese Seed Start mod.
Vegetable Garden Start Mod:

Fantastic mod set. Great work.
I love the art that some of the players showing. Can't wait until I see your mod in some sort of art work or story book.
When I'm done doing the updates, I'll see if I can figure out how to do the different starts. I think it would be nice to have the option at least for having the rice etc seeds at the beginning.
I also have to remind myself to see if I can do a clothing mod...
Also, updated the Japanese trees mods to V1.2. Updated toolbar and made the leaves on the maple tree better.
Finally finished updating the Deco pack for Japan. Fixed the toolbar, re-sized the fence so it is no longer two stories tall, and added some new items: Bamboo Lattice Fence, Deerscare, Pond Stone, and Sashimono Flag.
Finished the clothing override with help from

There's not much I can do about the base model, but I tried haha
Those new outfits are very nice! I like the pink.
I am humbled. Those outfits are great! They will go very well with the textures on your houses!
:) :) :)
Alright! Did an update/fix on the previous parts of the mod, and added a Start condition mod, so you all can have your seeds and such right off the bat!

Just did an update of the Miscellaneous and Housing mods. Fixed a few bugs, especially the one that cause the game to crash when a trader boat arrived (thanks
@kid1293 !)
Another small update to fix a few small bugs in the Misc and Housing mods. I am also going to be uploading them to both Steam and Nexus mods soon as backups.
Both steam and Nexus have versions of these mods now as backup.
They also have the Japanese All In One mod. The file is a little too big for WOB to handle, so I'm linking the Nexus version for anyone who wants it:
