A while back I found and downloaded a building... but my computer broke... I bought a new one and I do not remember who made the mod or where I got it from.
The building had several floors, 5 or 6.
The footprint was 4x5 or 5x5.
It had 2 or 3 variations of the texture, one of them medium-light grey, the second was warm white (?)
In addition, there was a ground-floor boardinghouse that had a larger footprint. You could build the apartments on top.
Another clue is if I remember correctly, I think the creator pointed out to be careful not to double-click while placing (will add two apt on the same floor.)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

never rename a .pkm the mod wont work anymore.
