Hi!
As an honest farmer I need milk/cheese and eggs for food and textile for warm clothes. So if I have friesian cows, sheep and leghorns, all of them are white :)
But I don't know what to do with a lot of meat.
Need a mod or advice for less speed of animal reproduction for more wool/milk/eggs output and less new animals, so less slaughtered animals = less meat.

The easiest way is to adjust the slider button in your pasture menu.
If you have like 12 animals and they produce too much - slide the button
down to 4-5, they can still reproduce and now they should give
a modest amount of meat-milk-eggs-wool.
Of course they will give a lot of meat when you slaughter the excess, but
that's only temporary.
Now you have a food reserve too, when times are hard you can adjust
the slider up and get more output from your animals.
Edit: Have you ever thought of modding? :)
It's easy to decrease the output with a mod and it's easy to make
a super-cow with tons of meat.
Just a thought...
This is a strange request, too much food? Protein is an essential food group for good health. You can always use a butcher from one of the great mods to make different goods, and I guess you could simply trade the extra. ???
Is it because you are a vegetarian and do not want to eat animals? We could make a veggie mod. Where animals give no meat. Or inedible meat to sell it to the merchants. Or tell us how you want it in detail. :)

I try not to use many product and good kinds to save space in the inventory window. I need a mod "Bigger inventory window", but there is no one.
And I dont like goods overage also.

Yes, I have. I just found the balance but I have no milk for cheese now. I think it is not good to live without cheese, I like it.

you should rather try for NMT instead of CC :)
Use tallow to produce candles.
If you don't want to upgrade mines, trade them.
