I'd love to be able to click on a farm or other building and have some keys assigned as + or - to the number of workers.
Clicking those tiny little arrows is tedious, or maybe i'm lazy.

Do you mean telling a building to work or not work?
Would be nice to be able to toggle workers on a struture by the + and - keys. but shortcuts for work on-off/cut/plant etc the buttons are large enough for you not to need any shortcuts.
ya i meant to pause building being built or open them to start building them.
i always plan a new district and i place 300 buildings on the ground. it takes so much click to pause them all and then release them as i want
And maybe even being able to shift click a bunch of items together, for example...shift click on 6 crop fields and then be able to change them all simultaneously from beans to corn. Too bad i'm all ideas and no mod skill/coding.
